First Ensure the File is still on Google Drive
Orangedox links to your Google Drive to ensure you’re always sharing the latest copy of your files. Make sure that you haven’t removed the Google Drive file, if so you’ll need to re-create a new Orangedox link or add the file back into your Google Drive shared folder, if you’ve shared a folder on Orangedox.
Reconnect your Google Drive to Orangedox
In some cases your Google Drive account may become disconnected from Orangedox. You can reconnect your Google Drive account with Orangedox by completing the following steps
Logout of Orangedox
Navigate to the Orangedox app https://app.orangedox.com . Then in the upper right-hand corner of the screen click on your name and in the dropdown menu select “Logout” or simply click here
Remove the Orangedox app from your Google Drive
The next step is to remove the Orangedox app from your Google Drive account, this will allow us to reconnect to your Google Drive the next time you login.

Re-login to Orangedox
Simply re-login to the Orangedox app https://app.orangedox.com . This should establish a new connection to your Google Drive account. Then check your existing shared files, they should now be working correctly.
